Accountancy Marketing - Client Feedback

We could tell you how successful our clients are at winning New Business. But we thought you would rather hear it from them:

Nicholas Cliffe of Nicholas Cliffe & Co attended his first A4G arranged appointment last summer. In December 2011 Nicholas met with A4G's founder Patrick McLoughlin to review the campaign:

"I've been using telemarketing since 1994.  This is the first time it has worked to any great extent.  Previously it had been very hit or miss.  This has certainly been rather more hit."

See Nicholas discuss new business already won and his expectations of hitting the campaign revenue target. Nicholas explains how his accountants telemarketing campaign differs from all his previous telemarketing:

Chris Martin of AVN Beyong Profit contacted A4G in June 2009.  His initial email sums up the thoughts of many Partners we talk to every day:

"Could you contact me? We've always given accountancy telemarketing a wide berth, on the basis that cold calling will generate interest from fee-conscious pains in the backside only. Your website suggests you may have a different approach, perhaps more in line with how we operate. I may be wrong!"

Chris was spot on.  Watch him explain how our trial campaign doubled the pre-agreed revenue target, bringing in over £55,000 from 6-months activity: a return of over £4, in 1st fees, for every £1 paid to A4G!

Bill Daubney of Dexter & Sharpe initially turned down A4G's New Client Introductions proposal in 2007 to work with one of the UK's largest accountancy marketing companies.  After a less than successful campaign, Bill decided to work with A4G in April 2010.

Watch Bill explain why A4G's accountancy telemarketing campaign succeeded:

Very well - any prospect meeting that ends with "When can you start?" is a promising one!

Just my sort of client really. Good business, profitable, ambitious, doesn't like tax. Accountants who do nothing for him except an audit. It's as much a done deal as any client I've ever seen, but I don't take anything granted until the engagement letter is signed. Proposed fee £19,111.44. I'll let you know when everything's signed and sealed.

(the prospect) phoned to confirm that she would like to join us.
She will send a copy of the Nov accounts to us so we can get clearance and to enable us to do the accounts ASAP
All at A4G well done keep up the good work

A very good meeting with XXXXX Contracts this morning. Very nice blokes and looking for our sort of proactive service. One director was all for signing us up but the other was a little more cagey, mainly because I said they would be looking at double their existing fee. I'm confident of this one. Will quote ~£15,000.

I had a meeting with a lead you set up a company called XXXXXX, which went extremely well. I have subsequently spoken to the MD a Mr XXXX who was very impressed with you – which is great.

He was so impressed that he would like to speak to you in assisting his business, so I have forwarded him you E-mail, which I hope is OK.

“Actually, I know this guy personally and met with him yesterday on another matter. He said that another firm had been banging on his door for the past 3 years but he liked the way you approached him i.e. not pushy, and was not offended by being called in such a pleasant and professional manner.

Anyway, just a thank you from me and a job well done and I thought you'd like to know”.

Had a meeting with ……….. this afternoon. The meeting went well and Christina complemented you on your professional and polite manner and said she wouldn't have taken the call or the meeting if it wasn't for this. Well done.”
